Registration:

Registration for boost sport events can be made online via the Registration button.
All camp payments are made via paypal. When payment is made you will receive a confirmation email with all camp details and a paypal receipt.

Medical:

Medical Conditions & Medication: All medical details are to provided by parents in advance of the sport event as part of the registration. Any medication taken to camp MUST be clearly labelled with the child’s name.

Sick children: Parents/carers are ultimately responsible for determining their child’s ability to actively participate in the daily activities. While we sympathies with the needs of each parent and their child, we must provide a healthy environment for the other children at the boost sport event.

Behaviour:

All our boost sport events aim to be a memorable time for children. To make sure this is the case the following behaviour will be expected from all participants:

  • Show respect for all children at the event treating them as they would wish to be treated
  • Swearing, abusive and hurtful language is not acceptable. Aggressive behaviour or violence cannot be tolerated
  • Show respect for all personal property and the facilities
  • Show respect for all staff. Listen to and follow instructions of the staff team.

Extreme Weather Conditions:

On wet days the program we will try to get as much play as possible!

There are a number of different activities that can be run in undercover & indoor areas so that all sessions will go ahead regardless of any wet weather!

In the case of hot weather we will be constantly checking the temperature and UV factor from the Bureau of Meteorology website to ensure the safety of the children. We will give extra drink and rest breaks during hot weather and utilise indoor & undercover facilities.

Parents always have the final decision on their child’s participation on days of extreme weather and will know best how their child copes in different conditions.

Cancellations:

If your child is unable to attend, a full credit to a future holiday camp is provided, as long as we are notified of the cancellation.

Please contact the office via email info@boostsport.com.au as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend the camp.

If the credit is not suitable a full refund less $35 administration fee will be organised if we are notified before the camp commences. Please note that once the camp has commenced we are unable to offer refunds.

Can I receive a refund?

What if my child is sick?

What are the hours of the holiday camps?

The holiday camps run from 9am – 3:30pm

Is there access to First Aid at the holiday camps?

Yes! All holiday camps have qualified First Aid officers at every camp.

Is it possible to attend just a single day for holiday camps?

Yes! You can elect just to attend a holiday camp for 1 day. Please make sure you specify which day you are going to attend on the registration form. If you book a 2 day holiday camp, the 2nd day is at a discounted price!

Is there a discount for siblings?

Yes! Boost Sport offer a 15% sibling discount for siblings. Please complete a separate registration form for subsequent siblings and tick the sibling discount box. A customer service representative will contact you with how to pay the discounted rate. You do not have to proceed to the payment screen for the sibling.

Clothing & equipment for holiday camps?

Children should wear appropriate sporting apparel for the sport they are participating in. For example in the summer months shorts, t-shirt, runners, sunscreen and hat would be suitable. Children are encouraged to wear their favourite team jumpers or t-shirts as well.

We supply all equipment but also understand some children have their own and are more comfortable wearing it. Please have your name on all gear to avoid confusion at the camps.

How many children are in a holiday program?

Boost Sport have a 1:15 coach to child ratio. Depending on the holiday camp location, we normally cap the amount of participants at 45 children.

We would not normally run a holiday camp with under 6 children registered. We will notify you and refund you in full should we not proceed with the holiday camp due to low numbers.

Do I need to provide lunch & drinks?

Yes! you will need to pack lunch, snacks and a water bottle in a clearly named lunch box or bag each day. Food should not consist of any nuts or nut products.

The children will have access to water throughout the day to refill their drink bottles to ensure they remain hydrated.

Boost Sport has a nut free policy for participants at all camps and programs.
